The Philosophy of Krishna Consciousness
Krishna consciousness is a spiritual path rooted in the ancient Vedic scriptures of India, such as the Bhagavad-gita and Srimad-Bhagavatam. It teaches that the ultimate goal of life is to reawaken our dormant love for God, or Krishna.
This philosophy offers practical, timeless wisdom for achieving lasting happiness, peace, and fulfillment in the modern world through the process of bhakti-yoga, the yoga of devotion.

Our Core Beliefs
These are the foundational principles of the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition.
We are not our bodies, but eternal spirit souls (atma), part of God (Krishna). Our true nature is to be full of knowledge and bliss.
The soul travels from body to body based on its actions (karma) in past lives. The law of karma states that for every action, there is a reaction.
The ultimate source of everything is the Supreme Person, Krishna. He is all-knowing, all-powerful, and all-merciful.
The Path of Bhakti-Yoga
Bhakti-yoga is the practical process of connecting with the Supreme through loving devotional service. It involves a number of key practices.
